1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Chirpn, operated by Search Exchange LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

3. How Chirpn Works
Chirpn is a voice-first dating platform. Matches are suggested based on voice pitches. Photos are revealed only after a mutual voice exchange.

4. Connects & Subscriptions
Free users receive 5 Connects (sending a voice note to a new match). After 5 Connects, a subscription is required for unlimited use.

5. User Content
You retain ownership of your voice recordings. You grant Chirpn a license to use them to provide the service.

6. Prohibited Conduct
Harassment, impersonation, illegal content, and attempts to bypass limits are strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
Chirpn and Search Exchange LLC are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App or real-world interactions.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
